You can cancel your booking via the client portal, by email, or by calling our team.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved engineer time.

  • Emergency callouts cancelled after dispatch will be charged in full.

We always aim to be fair and transparent, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
