TrueServe Quarterly Window Cleaning – Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Quarterly Window Cleaning Subscription Plans provided by TrueServe Property Care part of Badham Group Limited (“TrueServe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Subscription Overview

​

Our Quarterly Window Cleaning Plan provides scheduled exterior window cleaning services every 12 weeks. Payments are collected monthly to spread the cost evenly across the year.

 

2. Payment & Billing

​

Payments are processed monthly by Direct Debit or card on your chosen billing date. You authorise TrueServe to take automatic monthly payments until cancelled. All payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

 

3. Service Schedule

​

Your property will be cleaned once every quarter (approximately every 12 weeks). We’ll notify you of your upcoming clean in advance. Dates may vary slightly due to weather, routing, or public holidays, but we will always aim to maintain a consistent schedule.

 

4. Access Requirements

​

Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access to all windows. Please leave gates unlocked and remove obstructions before our visit. If access is not possible, we may charge a partial fee to cover travel costs and reschedule the clean.

 

5. Weather Policy

​

We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain. In high winds, storms, or freezing temperatures, we may reschedule for safety reasons.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll return to re-clean any affected windows free of charge.

 

7. Cancellations & Termination

​

You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice via email to support@trueserve.co.uk. If you cancel before a scheduled clean, your account must be up to date and any remaining balance for services delivered must be settled.

 

8. Missed Payments

​

If a payment fails, TrueServe may pause services until payment is received. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the plan.

 

9. Damage & Liability

​

We take all reasonable care to avoid damage. TrueServe is not liable for pre-existing defects, aged materials, or damage caused by unsafe property conditions.

 

10. Amendments

​

TrueServe reserves the right to update service pricing or terms with prior notice. Continued subscription after notice implies acceptance of new terms.

 

11. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
