Solar Panel Cleaning – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all solar panel cleaning services provided by TrueServe Property Care, a trading name of Badham Group Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Service Overview

​

Our Solar Panel Cleaning Plan provides two professional cleans per year, typically scheduled every six months, with costs spread evenly through monthly payments. Cleans are performed using pure water-fed systems for safe, streak-free results.

 

2. Payment & Billing

​

Payments are collected monthly via Direct Debit or card. You authorise TrueServe Property Care to charge the agreed monthly fee until cancelled. Monthly payments cover service delivery, travel, and scheduling. No refunds are provided once the cleaning period has started.

 

3. Cleaning Schedule

​

Your cleans will be carried out approximately every six months, weather permitting. We will notify you in advance of scheduled visits. Dates may change slightly depending on weather, access, or route planning, but we will always aim to maintain regularity.

 

4. Access & Safety

​

Clients must ensure safe access to panels and any necessary entry to the property. Roof spaces must be structurally sound and safe for use. Our operatives cannot move obstructions or work in unsafe conditions. If access is restricted, the visit may be rescheduled and a call-out charge may apply.

 

5. Weather & Safety Policy

​

We operate in most conditions, but work may be postponed due to heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures for safety reasons. Rescheduled cleans will be completed promptly when conditions allow.

 

6. Quality & Performance

​

We guarantee a professional clean designed to restore optimal solar efficiency. Results may vary depending on panel condition and existing buildup. All work includes a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee — if you’re unhappy, we’ll re-clean affected areas free of charge.

 

7. Cancellation & Termination

​

You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice by emailing info@trueserveproperty.co.uk. If cancelled before both annual cleans are completed, remaining payments must cover any cleans already performed or scheduled within the current billing cycle.

 

8. Damage & Liability

​

We are fully insured and take care during all work. TrueServe Property Care accepts liability only for direct damage caused by proven negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, defective panels, or weather-related wear.

 

9. Health & Safety Compliance

​

All services comply with UK Health & Safety and Working at Height Regulations. Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are available upon request.

 

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled exclusively in those courts.
