Service Overview For emergencies that happen outside normal working hours, TrueServe’s Out-of-Hours Emergency Call-Out provides a rapid, professional response to secure your property and prevent further damage. Whether it’s a sudden leak, power issue, or urgent safety concern, one of our qualified engineers will attend within one hour of booking to assess the problem and make the area safe until a full repair can be arranged. Available evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, this service gives you peace of mind knowing that help is always within reach — day or night. Pricing First Hour (Call-Out Fee): Fixed emergency rate. Additional Hours: £110 per hour. Materials: Charged separately if required. What’s Included Attendance by a qualified engineer within one hour of booking. Immediate containment to make the property safe and prevent further damage. Use of professional tools and basic fixings for temporary stabilisation. Clear next-step guidance for full remedial or permanent repairs. What’s Not Included Full or permanent repairs (“make safe” only). Materials (charged separately if used). Planned, routine, or non-urgent jobs (please book a standard or working-hours service). Good to Know This service is strictly for emergencies requiring immediate attention. Once the issue is safe, follow-up works can be booked through our Reactive Repair or Planned Improvement Works services.
