Available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, our qualified tradesmen act quickly to stabilise issues such as leaks, electrical faults, or structural concerns — preventing further damage and ensuring safety until full repairs can be arranged. This service is designed for urgent but manageable emergencies that occur during normal working hours. Pricing First Hour Call-Out Fee: Fixed emergency rate. Additional Time: £75 per hour (if required). Materials: Charged separately if used. What’s Included Attendance by a qualified tradesman within working hours. Rapid response focused on making the situation safe. Use of professional tools and materials for temporary containment. Clear advice and next-step guidance for permanent repair. What’s Not Included Out-of-hours attendance (covered by our Out-of-Hours Emergency Call-Out service). Full or permanent remedial works beyond the “make safe” stage. Specialist certification tasks (e.g. gas, consumer unit, or electrical rewiring). Good to Know This service focuses on stabilising emergencies, not completing full repairs.
