We aim for streak-free results while maintaining the highest safety standards. 2. Access & Safety Customers must ensure clear, safe access to all windows. Gates should be unlocked and obstructions removed before our arrival. For safety reasons, our team cannot move personal items, climb fences, or access restricted areas. If access is denied, a call-out fee may apply. 3. Weather Policy We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain. In cases of strong winds, storms, or freezing temperatures, services may be rescheduled for safety. You’ll be notified of any changes. 4. Scheduling & Frequency Subscription and repeat cleans are arranged on regular cycles (typically every 4–12 weeks). Slight schedule variations may occur due to route changes or weather, but customers will always be notified before visits. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee All work is covered by a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll re-clean affected areas free of charge. TrueServe also offers a Money-Back Guarantee if we’re unable to resolve the issue. 6. Payments Payment is due on completion or through your active subscription. Online payments are processed securely. Failed or late payments may result in paused services. 7. Damage & Liability We take great care to avoid damage.
